Let's be real. As we age, our bodies change in ways which are less than stellar for some kinky play. Chronic illnesses can also change the way we have to play. However, aging or developing a chronic condition does not mean you have to give up all the hot kinky action you crave! In fact, the great thing about kink, is it can provide ways for us to adapt and make hotter sex possible as we age or deal with a chronic illness.
Aging involves a complex series of hormone, physical, and emotional changes all which can impact our sex and kink lives. Chronic illnesses can involve similar changes. This class covers some of the physiology and psychology of aging and illness and how people cope with it. It also presents many ways to adapt your play to continue engaging in kinky play on your terms.
- Can't kneel anymore? Learn about ways to change positions to still embrace submissive poses.
- Developing erectile dysfunction? There are solutions beyond the little blue pill.
- Feel bad about having "dad bod?" Let's talk about body changes and getting comfortable with the body you have (versus the body you want).
- Developed arthritis? The class includes tips for shopping for accessible sex toys to help!
This class is for anyone who plans to age, has a chronic illness, or has a partner with a chronic illness or who is aging. All genders, sexual orientations, levels of kinky experience, and types of chronic conditions welcome!
