Deepening Your Submission

Have you been practicing submission but want to go deeper? Interested in exploring safe ways to explore different forms of submission? Tried submission in the past and felt it wasn't quite what you wanted? This class offers tools for ways to explore various forms of submission and deepen your own practice.

Regardless of your past experience, whether you are partnered or not, this class will offer something for you.

We will discuss:

- mantras

- meditation

- mindfulness

- goal setting

- expanding physical capacity

- negotiating with Dominants for what you need

- Identifying your desires for your submission

- Defining a submission which works for you

Participants will leave with a workbook for 30 days of kinky exploration to help in their journey.

Due to the adult nature of the classes, all attendees must be at least 18 years of age. By obtaining a ticket you agree that you meet this minimum age requirement. Any under-age persons will be removed from the class/discussion.
