Learn how to communicate and support a partner living with mental illness and how to communicate about your own mental health in BDSM play and relationships. Mental illnesses present challenges to communication and relationships. They can also complicate things like consent and desire. This class provides an overview of the ways mental health conditions can impact relationships and play and provides tools to better communication. Additionally, specific, common mental health issues will be directly addressed, including: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, OCD, and sensory issues.
